How safe is my information?

Which payment methods are available?

II. MANAGING YOUR ORDER
How do I know my order went through?
Immediately after checking out, a summary page will confirm your details. You will also receive an automated confirmation email containing your Unique Order ID. If it doesn’t appear in your inbox within a few minutes, please take a quick look at your spam or junk folder.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Because we are a dedicated, agile team, we begin processing your household items very quickly. We can accommodate cancellations or modifications requested by 11:00 PM (PDT) on the day the order was placed. Please reach out to service@momokee.com as soon as possible if you need to make an adjustment.
III. RESOLUTIONS & RETURNS
What if there is a mistake with my delivery?
While we strive for perfection in every package, we are human and rare errors can occur. If you receive the wrong item, we want to make it right. Simply email a photo of the product and your Order ID to service@momokee.com. We will send the correct item at no additional cost. To thank you for your patience, you are welcome to keep the original incorrect item as a gift.
What is your return policy?
Your happiness with our products is our main goal. If your purchase isn’t quite what you expected, please contact us at service@momokee.com. We handle return requests on an individual basis to ensure we find a solution that works best for you.

How do I edit my shopping cart?
Select the Cart icon at the top of momokee.com to see your current selections. You can update quantities by entering a new number in the box or remove an item by clicking the "Remove" link. Your subtotal will adjust automatically.
