MOMOKEE RETURNS & SATISFACTION GUIDE

Every selection at Momokee is handled with a focus on enhancing the modern home. As a boutique, independent shop, the goal is to ensure every household item finds its perfect place. If a choice isn't quite right, the following guidelines ensure a smooth, personalized resolution.

1. THE 60-DAY BOUTIQUE WINDOW

Momokee offers a 60-day return period starting from the date of delivery. This extended timeframe allows for complete confidence in how an item fits within a living space.

  • Item Condition: To qualify for a return, products must remain in their original state—unused, unaltered, and tucked inside the original boutique packaging.
  • Authorization: Please do not send items back to the original manufacturer. To initiate a return, contact service@momokee.com for specific instructions and authorization.
  • Validation: Including the order number or a digital receipt helps the team locate purchase details quickly.

2. ORDER ADJUSTMENTS & CANCELLATIONS

Because Momokee operates as a lean, agile startup, orders enter the preparation phase almost immediately to ensure prompt delivery.

  • Before Dispatch: If a change of heart occurs before the order is processed or leaves the studio, a full and immediate refund will be issued.
  • After Dispatch: Once a package is in the hands of the courier, the delivery process cannot be intercepted. In these instances, please follow the standard return procedure once the package arrives.

3. REASONABLE LOGISTICS & FEES

Momokee believes in transparent service without hidden penalties.

  • No Restocking Fees: Charging a fee just to return an item is not part of the Momokee philosophy. There are zero restocking fees.
  • Shipping Responsibility: Customers are responsible for the actual shipping costs associated with returning an item. For any single return, customers will be charged a maximum of one shipping fee.

4. THE REFUND JOURNEY

Once a returned item reaches the Momokee studio, the following steps are taken:

  1. Manual Inspection: Every item undergoes a personal inspection to ensure it meets quality standards for return.
  2. Status Update: An email notification will be sent once the package is received and the status of the refund is determined.
  3. Credit Issuance: Approved refunds are processed immediately. Credits are applied to the original payment method (Credit Card, PayPal, or Apple Pay). Most financial institutions reflect these funds within a few business days.

5. ADDRESSING PAYMENT DELAYS

If a refund hasn’t appeared within the expected timeframe, keep in mind that banks often require internal processing time. Momokee recommends the following:

  • Review the bank statement once more for pending transactions.
  • Contact the credit card provider or financial institution to check for any holds.
