The Boutique Fulfillment Approach

Unlike large-scale warehouses, we manage our logistics through a streamlined network to ensure every item is handled with care and reaches your home efficiently. By maintaining a boutique structure, we can offer unique designs without the traditional overhead of big-box retail.
1. SHIPPING RATES & THRESHOLDS
We believe in transparent pricing and keeping your delivery costs predictable.
- Standard Boutique Shipping: A flat fee of $5.99 applies to all orders within our standard service area.
- Complimentary Delivery: We are happy to provide Free Shipping on all orders totaling $49 or more.
2. ESTIMATED ARRIVAL TIMES
To provide the best value and reduce our environmental footprint, Momokee utilizes a direct-dispatch model from our specialized fulfillment hubs. Please refer to the estimates below:

3. THE 12-HOUR EDIT WINDOW
Because we prioritize speed, our dispatch process begins shortly after your purchase is finalized.
- Amendments: If you need to correct a shipping address or cancel an order, please email service@momokee.com within 12 hours of placing your order.
- Finalized Shipments: Once an order has been handed over to the courier, we are unable to intercept the package or make further modifications.
4. TRACKING & VISIBILITY
Once your package is thoughtfully prepared and dispatched, you will receive an automated notification containing your tracking details.
- Data Syncing: Please allow approximately 24 hours for the carrier to update the tracking link once the initial label is generated.
- In-Transit Status: It is normal for tracking to show no movement for a day or two while the package transitions between regional hubs.
5. ARRIVAL SECURITY (DAMAGES & LOSS)
Momokee stands behind the safe delivery of every order.
- Damaged Goods: If your items arrive in less-than-perfect condition, please email a photo of the damage to service@momokee.com within 72 hours of arrival. We will facilitate a replacement immediately.
- Lost Packages: If a carrier confirms a package has been lost in transit, our team will arrange for a replacement shipment at no extra cost to you.
6. INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS & DUTIES
For our international community shopping outside the United States:
- Orders are shipped on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis.
- Any regional import taxes, customs duties, or local handling fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
- Momokee is not responsible for delays caused by local customs clearance protocols.
